I ate so much processed foods. I went back to college and slowly put the weight back on. Today, we welcome Vanessa from Plaid and Paleo. I love having seasoning blends on hand as an easy way to add quick flavor to dishes. Any college basketball fans out there? Slowly but surely the pounds came off.

I counted every calorie and fat gram. My health ranked last on my list of priorities. I went back to college and slowly put the weight back on. I went to my first Moksha hot yoga class and thought I was going to pass out, but I went back the next night and the next. It all came to a head when I saw a couple pictures of me and could barely recognize myself. Be excited because not only are these amazing bloggers to discover but they will be sharing some pretty fabulous Real Food recipes, kitchen tips and tricks and even crafts! In high school, I pretty much ate what I wanted because I was working out three hours a day, seven days a week. Finally I made the decision to truly commit myself to eating Paleo and working out.
